Dr. Andy Beltrán provides clinical and administrative leadership for psychiatric services, supports and mentors medical staff, and helps guide initiatives that enhance quality of care, strengthen patient safety, and promote evidence-based practices.

Passionate about ensuring everyone has access to compassionate, high-quality care, Dr. Beltrán is dedicated to expanding culturally responsive behavioral health services, particularly for diverse and underserved communities. He believes that meeting people where they are and honoring their unique experiences are essential to achieving meaningful health outcomes.

In addition to his work at Flourish, Dr. Beltrán serves as the Medical Director for CMHA. In this role, he provides clinical and ethical leadership, helping ensure they reflect best practices, uphold the highest ethical standards, and advance health equity. Throughout his career, Dr. Beltrán has remained committed to reducing health disparities and improving the well-being of underserved populations.
