Rob Losee, LCSW
People often come to therapy during times of crisis or heightened stress, while others seek support to address long-standing issues that continue to affect their relationships, work, school, or overall well-being. Therapy can also be a space for personal growth — a place to deepen self-awareness, gain insight, and move toward living a more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling life.
Whatever brings you here, my goal is to help you restore equilibrium and support meaningful, lasting change.
The therapeutic relationship is a key part of the process, and finding the right fit between client and therapist is essential. I work with individuals, couples, and families, using a collaborative and interactive approach. I am a trauma-informed provider, with training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I incorporate a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and meditation tailored to each client’s interests and needs.
My background includes experience in a range of treatment settings, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, residential treatment for children and adolescents, and outpatient care.
