In addition to his executive responsibilities, Chris plays a pivotal role in CMHA’s legislative advocacy efforts, championing policies that promote social equity and access to care. His influence extends beyond the agency through board service with organizations such as the Connecticut chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the American Savings Foundation. A licensed clinical social worker, Chris holds dual Master’s degrees, one in Clinical Social Work from the University of Saint Joseph and another in Business Management.
